Difference Between Activated Charcoal And Charcoal

The difference between activated charcoal and the inactivated or ordinary charcoal is the heating process, an ordinary charcoal can be activated by heating it in the presence of little or reduced air or oxygen or by adding lemon juice or chemicals like calcium chloride.
